Beth Berry: Executive Vice President, Industrial Development and Construction

Beth’s journey with Beedie began 16 years ago, in 2008, working in our Development department when we were an office of less than 50 people. She has since emerged as a recognized leader in this organization. The impact to our business has been monumental and together with his team, our land division provides services to not only Beedie Living but to our various offices across the country. From YVR6, to CFC4 to MK Delta, Josh has been on the front lines, playing a critical component to landing the deals and seeing them through to fruition. Beyond his dedication, there are few people who bring to the table Adam’s attention to detail and technical expertise to the area of land development. He is always looking to innovate and push the boundaries on how to achieve more out of every site we look at. In the last few years, Adam has truly embraced his role as a mentor and leader, and as Vice President, Land Development, we look forward to seeing him continue to play a key role in advancing our development goals and team.

Beedie is a pioneer in this space, and through his contribution, Rowan has helped make Beedie the undisputed leader in industrial strata development in Canada and arguably one of the best in North America. Rowan’s tireless work ethic is well known amongst his friends, co-workers, and the brokerage community – he is literally always thinking about his business unit and how to drive it forward. As Vice President, Industrial Sales, we are extremely appreciative of his dedication and look forward to seeing the amazing work he’ll achieve.
