His ability to manage our numerous external relationships for financing our business is an incredible strength and asset to the company. Now, as CFO, Mason will play a central role in steering our financial future.

Beth Berry: Executive Vice President, Industrial Development and Construction

Beth’s journey with Beedie began 16 years ago, in 2008, working in our Development department when we were an office of less than 50 people. She has since emerged as a recognized leader in this organization. With her commitment, dedication and work ethic that is second to none, she has been an integral part the success that the Industrial department has achieved across the country.  In addition to being recognized externally as one of the most trusted and respected development professionals in our industry, Beth has been fundamental in the growth and development of so many of our leaders in this organization. It is for these reasons that we are excited to appoint her as Executive Vice President, Industrial Development and Construction.

Jason Tonin: Executive Vice President, Land Development

Since his start with Beedie 12 years ago, Jason has been responsible for leading the land department and transforming Beedie’s approach to our civil works. There are very few people in our industry who can deliver the technical expertise and business sensibilities that Jason has and combine them with a touch of charm, wit and a lot of personality all at the same time. The impact to our business has been monumental and together with his team, our land division provides services to not only Beedie Living but to our various offices across the country. Jason’s leadership has allowed the team to evolve and his ability to come up with strategic and innovative solutions to vastly complex problems makes him a unique and critical leader in our industry and especially at Beedie.

Curtis Neeser: Executive Vice President, Residential Development

Curtis joined Beedie Living in September 2012 initially as a Senior Development Manager when Living was still located in Burnaby. His contributions has helped scale Living into the vertically integrated team they are today, creating a pipeline of work for the next 20+ years! Curtis is responsible for every aspect of the development process, and he is involved in close to 30 active projects that are in various stages of development. Ric’s passion, knowledge and hands-on approach to construction is evident in the high-quality execution in all of the Living projects. Under his leadership, Living has over 1 million square feet under construction, made possible by Ric’s ability to attract and build a strong team that has now grown to 40 team members. From the very beginning, Ric has been steadfast in implementing standards and protocols to help deliver industry leading levels in quality and safety. He treats the company with the same care and dedication as if it were his own, and we are thrilled to announce Ric as the Executive Vice President, Residential Construction.

At Beedie, Josh Dodman is likely described by his co-workers as “brilliant, kind, funny, always willing to help, incredible team player, creative, and curious.” Since his addition to Beedie in 2017, he is always there to lend a hand, pitch in and deliver but more importantly, in the past 5 years, he has been integral to some of the biggest deals and projects this company has delivered. From YVR6, to CFC4 to MK Delta, Josh has been on the front lines, playing a critical component to landing the deals and seeing them through to fruition. But in addition to his brilliance and work ethic, it is Josh’s character and his intuitive understanding of what it means to represent and lead that warrants him to be the next Vice President, Industrial Development.

Adam Donnelly: Vice President, Land Development

Beginning his career at Beedie in summer 2015, Adam Donnelly has grown to become an incredible representative of the company’s values, who is always ready to talk about the things that make him so proud to be a member of this team. He is one of the many who truly bleeds Beedie blue, and we are blessed to have his unique, brilliant mind, and his unwavering commitment to the company. Beyond his dedication, there are few people who bring to the table Adam’s attention to detail and technical expertise to the area of land development. He is always looking to innovate and push the boundaries on how to achieve more out of every site we look at. In the last few years, Adam has truly embraced his role as a mentor and leader, and as Vice President, Land Development, we look forward to seeing him continue to play a key role in advancing our development goals and team.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, he has played a pivotal role in building Beedie’s property management team to be the best in the city, if not the country. Over the past 18 months, Taylor has assumed greater responsibility as he continues to ensure that our tenants receive the best service possible, elevating the Beedie brand that contributes to the success of our business. Our industrial strata and condo program has developed from the first project completed in South Burnaby to a division that is now operationally in multiple jurisdictions across the country and into the United States. Beedie is a pioneer in this space, and through his contribution, Rowan has helped make Beedie the undisputed leader in industrial strata development in Canada and arguably one of the best in North America. Rowan’s tireless work ethic is well known amongst his friends, co-workers, and the brokerage community – he is literally always thinking about his business unit and how to drive it forward. As Vice President, Industrial Sales, we are extremely appreciative of his dedication and look forward to seeing the amazing work he’ll achieve.

Robert Toth: Vice President, Residential Development

Joining Beedie Living in summer of 2021 as a Director, Robert’s impact on Beedie Living as been instantly recognizable. This includes advancing Fraser Mills, our largest project to masterplan approval in the Fall of 2022. With the size and complexity of Fraser Mills, Robert not only created a cohesive position on the Beedie side, but he quickly developed trusting relations with city staff as well. On a day-to-day basis, Robert helps oversee the development operations at Living, leading many of our upcoming projects and in the past year, has led the creation of our design team by modernizing our design development and working drawing process.
